What is the difference between contract-to-hire and direct hire?

Contract-to-hire, also known as "Try before you hire," offers candidates and clients an opportunity to ensure an effective match.  At the end of the temporary period, the candidate and the client can make the decision to continue on a contract basis, complete the assignment or bring the candidate on as a direct employee. For a direct hire position, you interview and decide if the client is offering the type of position you want to accept. If so, you accept and become a full-time employee of the client. A win-win situation for everyone.

What sort of compensation arrangements do you offer?

Davis IT and Engineering offers flexible compensation packages catered to suit your unique employment situation.  On a W2 basis , employees are entitled to our very solid benefits offerings and are paid weekly.  We also offer several other compensation programs.
