Welcome to our DAVIS family,

I am honored to have you take the time to read about our company and what we have been able to accomplish over the last 27 years. I recognize that your time is precious, so I will be brief and not elaborate on areas of our company that we believe every staffing company must have to function in today’s ever changing employment world. What’s key is where we are different. . . . . . .

DAVIS Contract Employees 

We have found that our Contract Employees are one of the most important elements of our success. We know that if our employees shine then we shine in our customers’ eyes and at the end of the day, that’s what matters. We work hard to hire only the best and brightest, and then provide them with a comprehensive benefit program, seamless back office solutions and a dedicated team of support professionals reachable 24/7 which in turn translates to the best service to our customer. In short, we have adopted a relentless commitment to providing better than average products to our employee which has always meant better, more dependable services for our customer.

Our company is regularly described by our employees with words like "loyal, trustworthy, fun and family oriented." These core values are centric to the core values found in every DAVIS employee, it really is no mistake, it’s a requirement. From our comprehensive training programs to our ISO registration, we are committed to building the best employment services organization found. We’ve adopted a" work hard and play hard" mentality and support the philosophy "it’s all about the journey not the destination".

DAVIS Community Commitment

We’ve learned a long time ago the more you give the more you get and that belief remains alive and well within our four walls. From organized disaster relief contributions, fund raisers, walks to our backpacks for kids where we average over 250 backpacks per year for needy children, DAVIS is proud of how our offices bond together to help others in our community.

In so many ways I am proud of what we have built and continue to build. If you are a current customer of DAVIS, Thank You for your business, you are the reason we come to work every day.
